This is a feature documentary film that deals with a historical continuity of state oppression in Serbia examining a case of urban development of a Belgrade waterfront area called Sava Mala. The script was brilliantly written by historian Miloš Jovanović and features various human rights activists from Serbia. The film was narrated by a veteran BBC journalist John White.
